I'm trying to slim my love handles and inner thighs. I do interval running for an hour a day, a lower body Pilates workout everyday, and eat 1200 or a little under calories a day. Do you have any advice on how to see results?

Medicine ball or any twist-exercises are great for slimming down love handles and as for your inner thighs, try leg lifts and squat exercises. In order to see results, you really just have to be patient but definitely try to switch up your routines on a daily basis as for that will give your body more effective workouts and better results.
