One of the worst things you can do is skip breakfast which is one of the reasons why I am overweight. If you’re in school, morning’s can be hectic but you have to make time to eat something nutritional or you won’t have the energy to perform at the best of your ability at school and you are more likely to pig out at lunch time and put on more weight. SO EAT.
